This is just a test based on the keyword as displayed above (and the rest below). The idea was to attract marketers specifically interested in The Authority Code and see if any of them read the content and searched for the phrases. Now, if I could optimize for this ridiculously easy to rank for keyword phrase…I’d be able to practically steal clients from the people behind the Authority Code report.
Latest update below (Feb 2011) clearly shows this method already generated over one hundred unique visitors to this page which is only available through google search…
Update July 30th: So far so good, I’ve already been able to pull a few visitors out of this age-old leaching trick…If you’d like more? Then comment below, that’s what you’re her for anyway, and join my newsletter after you’ve bookmarked this page…
And the exact keyword phrases typed in Google…

TERM 3: site:.com “powered by blogengine.net”site:.com inrul:blog “post a comment” – “comments closed” – “you must be logged in” “computer”Above are screenshots from my Google Analytics account for the 29th of July, two days after I posted this article. Now I know this isn’t huge traffic but consider what I’ve done. I just slapped a few words with “keywords” (links from the authority codes) on to a post. And not even very good keywords with that. I did nothing on optimization and chances are this will produce clicks here and there for a time to come. And again, this is a ridiculous post when it comes to generating traffic yet, consider how targeted the people visiting will be. You should know, you are the targeted traffic…I know you probably have read the Authority Code so I know you have an urge to get traffic. You are most likely aware that Ryan will make you a traffic related offer and thus you are therefore extremely targeted, pre-sold and you might have a great interest to buy Ryan’s stuff or anything traffic related… One other thing that is very important to me…I never had to leave my website to pull these visitors to this page, no promoting, link building, searching, whatever…just free super targeted website traffic!
So, thanks Ryan for the free super targeted traffic…please keep promoting the Authority Code aggressively and send me more!
NOTE! Just in case you missed it, this page is generating traffic because of the existence of Ryan’s ebook…he writes a book and I get traffic.
Update August 20th: Now go figure this, this page has become one of the best visited page on my website for the moment! And it is only available through search directly, there is not one link to it anywhere on this website. Traffic is still growing as we speak. So… if you have ever doubted my methods then see the proof!…I’m leaching traffic from an EBOOK to a hidden page on my website ONLY available through search (primarily Google)
Update February 2th, 2011: It has been a while since I’ve last updated this post but it is still working. Every time the authority code is promoted I can see an increase in traffic. All that from just one post that took me only a few minutes. Now let me show you how much traffic I’ve been leaching so far. Here are my latest GA stats to give you an idea…

As you can clearly see it has been well worth the effort. Remember! I have taken no efforts to monetize on this post to keep it as unbiased as possible…
I now feeel safe to say that this method has been successfull…what do you think?

This is really great information and an extremely helpful resource. I’ve followed the instructions on how to efficiently locate sites and add links in order to improve my traffic results. I truly believe Ryan Deiss, Cherry Picker software has made it quite easy for small Online businesses and network maketers to take full advantage of getting unlimited free Online traffic to assist in generating great profits without.

@MoneySponge: I Agree with you for 80%. The thing is, their information is very good but, completely depending on where you come from. Someone new to all this stuff, who has never been creative with search in this way, or never been able to generate traffic in the first place, will have a great kickstart. But it’s not very shocking to people that have a bit more experience. When a website starts getting loads of visitors it will reveal a lot about the audience, like how they use search, where they leave, time spend on pages, and so on. Tageted searching is an essential skill to master for any online marketer. If someone is unable to determine keyphrases searched by the market he or she is targeting, they will have a hard time getting traffic through Search Engines. on top of that, optimization seems time wasted in such a case.

You’re a smart guy, Paul! I use the IMMACC program for generating traffic but you have just turned me on to a new method!
Kudos!
