Blogging Now More Profitable Then Ever
It was only a matter of time before it would happen. We all know about Pay Per click advertising and many of the other options to earn income from being active online. It’s no secret that getting people to write about your product is getting more difficult by the day. Fairly new is the concept of writing blog posts about your favorite product or service and get paid for it. Some may criticize it but isn’t that true for everything that has ever been done and tried on- or offline?
For many people this is a real opportunity to finally earn some extra money aside with what they’ve already been doing. It becomes more and more clear that writing is a skill you will going to have to master rather sooner then later to compete on the world wide web and enjoy an income produced by it. Although there’s still a lot to say about video that is rapidly changing the way we use the internet and the approach of marketing online, writing is a powerful asset when it comes down to getting the message across. As a non-English person I admit I feel a little uncomfortable writing in a language that isn’t my own but, it still produces great results. Surprisingly enough I’ve even been called an expert. I’m not sure that it was about my writing skills (I don’t think so) but never the less a compliment and a reason to keep on doing it. AddThiss Excellent Social Bookmarking
With all the great and advanced plugins you could get confused. I found Addthis for social bookmarking and first I didn’t think much of it…but boy was I wrong! The buttons install very easy on any website and there’s a wordpress plugin released for all us lazy folks. It’s definitely worth those five minutes of your time to go to their website and check it out. As you might have seen…we replaced Gregarious for AddThiss. To get it all you have to do is use the button below and all will be explained from there on.

Are You Properly Tracking Your Websites
Tracking, testing, tweaking and all over again, and again, until it’s perfect! Well maybe not completely perfect but much better at the least. It is extremely important to track everything as good as you possibly can. Make changes when needed, tweak it, test and track it until you can’t find anything to improve on anymore!
For a moment there try to imagine that if you could improve your conversion 1% on only five of your products or pages you’d be making about 5% more profit. That’s not always going to be easy but, it’s absolutely do-able and with some help of fabulous tracking all you practically do, is just wait for the new results to roll in, check them and make some changes. The trick is to have enough traffic (website visitors) to generate new tracking results fast enough. When a website receives only a few clicks a day, it can take a while but, specially then it’s important not to loose any visitor if you can!
An example of good testing is a/b Split testing. It will help you define which of your pages convert best. Testing between two exactly the same copies of an article or sales letter for instance. Change only some minor detail like a few words in your header and see if it gets you better or worse results. You could make some text bold or try different layouts, colors and so on. Then throw away the lesser of the two and do it all over with the better converting page and so on. When continuously tracking pages like this you can keep improving your conversion which is what we are all after, one way or the other!
Besides, visitor tracking and a/b split testing are probably the most common used but, good tracking goes way beyond that. Think, where do visitors come from, where do they go to when they leave, what links did they click and in what order, how did they surf through your site and much more, to much to mention and thoroughly explain in just a few words!
What can be explained however, quit easily is, where to find these super tracking machines maybe better known as Content Relation Management systems or CRM! There’s a lot of them out there and they all have their own specialization and most of them are pretty good but, in this case we are not planning on spending a single cent for it. One of the more decent and user-friendly options around is Google Analytics program. It’s phenomenal, specially for the price…which is completely free.
Now, realize we are talking about some serious features here. It’s absolutely not one of those trashy guru-maybe-it-works-or-maybe-not kind a tool. But real powerful professional tracking. Now! There’s a service that will save AND make you some serious cash. Most CRM systems can cost you up to Ten-Thousand bucks or more so, enjoy the freedom!

Pfew, How is it possible that those keyword research tools are so incredible expensive? While the mother of all Search-engines (Google) offers a perfect working tool for free. When using Googles free keyword research tool you can instantly spot possible niches that can make your profit and find out what the current and past trends are doing. It doesn’t stop there either! Pick any bid amount you’re willing to pay per click and it will find what you can expect it will cost for your ads to run in the Google adwords program (or find out what others are paying for those keywords).
Well, maybe I am dreaming or, isn’t that what we’re all paying a lot of money for? It’s a waste really. It cuts in your budget big-time for no reason at all. However, maybe that’s no problem to you but, unfortunately many people can’t afford an expensive keyword software or service that can help them out!
Besides, it’s great keyword research that costs nothing and gets you about the same details as the expensive software’s or services that charge a monthly fee for it. I’m sure some of them offer something special but, until you’re absolutely sure what it is!..Why care for their special thingy? Why pay when your budget is better spend on the advertising you are researching the keywords for in the first place.
If you’d have any chance of making more money as a direct or indirect result of your keyword research. You can just as well give it a try for free before you waste time and money on something you can’t get to work. Naturally it depends on your budget and IF, you should have a specific desire it’s surely not a bad idea to look around and see if there’s some software or service that can provide you just that! There’s many of them out there an you’ll most likely find one that does what you specifically need.
Either way, if you’re on a tighter budget or when you have a lot to spend, it’s always a great place to give keyword research a test drive and see what more you’ll need from a decent keyword research tool that meets your requirements.
It’s not hard to use and I’m sure when you’ve been playing around with it for a while you’ll soon see massive potentials. Pay special attention to the option between broad, phrase and exact words but also the negative search terms. There’s much more you can do with this great free tool as you will soon find out!
One tip: It seems that when you want to display a minimum bid amount you better hit the “Find More Keywords” button instead of the “recalculate” button. I’m not sure if this is a browser related issue but sometimes recalculating doesn’t show the bid amount!
